New Year's Day Chocolate Cake
Mama's Choco Cake - a traditional New Year's Day chocolate cake (aka Greek “Vasilopita”) with plums and walnuts.

Priprema
Use the flat beater to mix all the ingredients together at low speed for 5 minutes.
Add the walnuts and the plums and mix for 1 minute.
Pour the mixture into a tray or a cake mold, filling them up to ½.
Bake at 150°C for 50-60 minutes (based on the weight).
Decorate with Décor Icing White and Digestive Cookies.
