Lemon pie with filo

Zeel Moist Lemon Cake 1.000 g
Oil 360 g
Water 600 g
Lemon zest 30 g
Yogurt 100 g
Filo (dry) 200 g

Priprema

Place all the ingredients except the yogurt and crust sheets in the mixer and beat it with the flat beater for 4 minutes on medium speed.
Add the yogurt and filo (dry) and mix with a spatula.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 160°C.
Once the product has cooled, pour warm syrup over it (27-28 degrees).
